"Sonny Boy" Sammy Davis, Jr.
From the early LP The Sammy Davis Jr. All-Star Spectacular comes this curious collection of random impersonations set to an Al Jolson song. Sammy used to do this thing in his act where he'd impersonate various people singing a song, and this is an example of the weird stuff he would do. Sammy starts off with a Jolson imitation, then goes through James Cagney, Bela Lugosi (?), Jimmy Stewart, Dean Martin and Edward G. Robinson before finishing off the song as himself... and then tacking on a creepy Boris Karloff ending of the song.
