Today's a primary election in Illinois, and we voted in a new location, since the fire house we used to go to was closed up. We were in a church rec room this time around. No line at all; the counter on the optical scanner machine was around 10, and that was after the polls had been open an hour.

Apparently Illinois is seeing low turnout today, which would explain why the above photo is currently the only new item in this Flickr pool of images of the "I voted" receipts we get in Chicago. Apparently either everybody completely forgot about it, or no other Flickr users have voted today. Either one is just as likely, I suppose.
