Merry Christmas! This jaw-dropping exercise in bad taste was released in 1985, as the B-side of a single that also featured the heartwarming song "She Left Me With The Herpes". Somehow I can't imagine this song showing up in heavy rotation over the Muzak system of your local shopping malls...
